Bunbury Catholic College Learning Commons Building is a modern facility of which the basic use is that of a Library. Incorporating general learning areas with private study areas along with outdoor study areas.
The building structure is Brick construction with a Structural Steel internal skeleton. It is a dual level building with a suspended concrete floor slab separating the upper and lower levels. The lower level consists of Physical Education classrooms, student amenities and storage capabilities for archive documents and furniture. The upper level is the main Library hall along with general learning areas and student/staff amenities. Acoustic rated ceilings along with large skylights give the building an ideal atmosphere for its intended use. The use of compressed sheet and colour bond external wall claddings with large glazed areas give the building its modern look.
