800m² centre-piece Control Room and Administrative Building constructed to high Water Corporation standards and quality control. As the project was a component of a major infrastructure project, stringent client requirements in Quality, Occupational Safety and Health, also requirements in Environmental areas, Workplace Relations and Project Planning and control were required and delivered throughout the project. Facility serviced to keep standard with variety of quality finishes including quartzite stone facing, composite aluminium claddings, and compressed sheeting and timber feature walls
