Building constructed with cavity brickwork, trussed timber roof structure, Structural steel awning and pool structure. Internal finishes comprises of hard wall plastered walls, plasterboard ceilings. Finishes comprised of stone, timber and Danpalon claddings, feature tile walls, and carpeted and tiled floors. Services included Fire Main, tanks and pumps for the whole Bethanie Facility. Feature faux stone claddings, contrasting brickwork features and timber soffit linings, give this building a modern yet traditional appearance.
