A new mezzanine level maximizes floor space, while the front retail area showcases home interiors with a raised timber floor. Glazed offices separate it from the back office area for 50+ employees. The design features curved walls, exposed mechanicals, and high-end finishes. Exterior upgrades include new windows, an elevated glazed storefront & a courtyard. Perforated metal screening and soft landscaping complete the exterior with a blend of modern aesthetics and functionality.
